Want to get connected to the Singles Group?

1) Download an Overview of our group

2) Download a Registration Form in either Adobe PDF or Microsoft Word formats

    a) Send filled out form to Debbie or Jim (contact information in Overview document) or

    b) Drop off the form at Oakbrook Church

    c) You will then be added to our communication distribution list

3) An Email with activities will be sent monthly to keep you up to date, but check here for updates!
