Great organizations we partner with to impact our community:
Kokomo Urban Outreach is a network of churches, individuals, and organizations who have a heart for hometown missions. Our philosophy can be described in two words, "Go Out". We go to people right in their neighborhoods, to listen, build relationships and to work with neighbors to strengthen their neirborhoods.
We do that through four streams of outreach- compassion, opportunity, witness and action. By showing compassion, mostly through food, and providing opportunities for personal growth we witness to our faith as neighbors are stirred to action to take charge of their own neighborhood making it a better place.
Presently we are working in 14 neighborhoods throughout Kokomo, those neighborhoods are called Neighborhoods of Hope
GET INVOLVED:
1. Serve a Sunday night Meal
2. Teach fine art classes i.e. Dance, drama, music, etc.
3. Collect food for food pantry

Bridges Outreach is a not-for-profit organization that was started in 2005 to serve youth in Kokomo, Indiana. The main goal of Bridges Outreach is to introduce youth to Christ and connect them to strong existing churches in our community. This non-denominational outreach builds relationships and manages programs that provide a safe environment for students in our community. Our programs serve kindergarten through high school aged students. Bridges Outreach takes a very holistic approach when it comes to serving youth. It is our mission to improve our students academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
Bridges Outreach relies on a network of volunteers and supporters to carry out the mission God has put before us. The power of prayer is something that we take very seriously, so prayer support is always much needed and appreciated. Bridges relies on financial support from community members, churches, businesses and others to maintain our programs and mission. If you are looking to get a little more hands-on, we are always in need of volunteers and mentors to work directly with our students. Kokomo Rescue Mission (KRM) is a Christian social services ministry which demonstrates and proclaims the compassion of Jesus Christ through programs and services for homeless, hungry and hurting people. KRM provides a variety of shelter programs for homeless men and women and outreach ministries to feed the hungry, offer clothing and household goods to the needy and provide holiday assistance for under resourced families.
GET INVOLVED:
There are opportunities to serve in a wide variety of ways, from serving a meal in the Mission dining room, to helping throughout the year preparing for the Red Ribbon Christmas Outreach.
