Really enjoyed being back at Oakbrook yesterday...
I got to spend 2 weeks of vacation with my family recently and I'm so thankful for the times we get to be together and connect. Have you been on vacation or do you plan on taking one this summer? Leave a comment below about your vacation plans this summer.
I really enjoyed getting to speak yesterday on the subject of life change. It is one of my favorite topics to teach. No matter who you are, no matter where you've been, no matter what you've done in the past...you CAN change!
Marinate on this verse all week...Philippians 4:13.

The evil one is a liar and deceiver! Don't buy his lie that you can't change. Remember...a lie believed as truth will affect you as if it were true.
Replace lies with truth! One piece of truth could get you on a path of change.
What area of your life would you like to change? Addiction? Smoking? Weight? Negative attitude? Finances? Career? Do Something Now! Seriously do something this week.
Buy a book and read. Pray and ask God to give you the desire to change. Tell a trusted friend about your desire to change. Call a counselor. Go to a 12 step meeting.
God can change anything in you that is not like Christ! He loves doing this for us.
I'm hearing some great stories from our team that just got back from Haiti! Thanks to all of the team that make the sacrifice to go and serve!
