A few thoughts on a GREAT day...
*I'm really enjoying the Practical Atheist series...hope you are as well.
*The book The Christian Atheist by Craig Groeschel is really good. Available at Lakeside Books. Rumor has it Lakeside Books is moving downstairs-stay tuned! Don't forget the bookstore is open on Mondays 10AM-3PM.

*You ever tried to find happiness this way? Better Possessions + Peaceful Circumstances + Thrilling Experiences + The Right Relationships + The Perfect Appearance = HAPPINESS. Its the American way but it never works (although an iphone4 might help a little).
*Try finding happiness Solomon's way-Fear God, and obey his commands. Imagine what would happen to your life if you lived out this formula for happiness. Make Ecclesiastes 12:13 your life goal! Life only works when you follow God's commands.

Mark-Great sermon as always. Personally, what I took home yesterday was that everything in this world that has nothing to do with our eterninty is simply empty and frivolous. I have the opportunity through my work place to have one on one time with 250-300 high school students a week. My prayer is that God will use me to make a difference in someone’s eternity—this I know will bring me true happiness!

Sorry we have missed a few Sundays but I just wanted to let you know that on-line giving is fast and easy! And coming from me that is saying a lot because we have DIAL-UP internet.
