It feels good to be back in Indiana.  Vacation is awesome, but there's just something about being home that is comforting.  There's also nothing like coming back to your home church when you've been away from it.  Both my wife and I felt a sense of "It's great to be home" yesterday. 

I don't know if you realize how blessed our church is to be lead every week by such talented and humble musicians.  Many people want to turn a stage and lights into a show about them, but every week our worship leaders and musicians turn the fame and the glory to God, the One who really deserves it all, and lead us to worship Him.  I loved serving with Cameron and Karissa Sprinkle yesterday.  I love their heart of worship for God and their ability to lead us into His presence.  If you get a chance in the next couple of weeks, take an opportunity to thank them for that.

I was praying last week that God would show up in a huge way during the service Sunday.  I prayed that my words would fade into the background and that the Holy Spirit would begin the process of freeing people from the lies that the Devil has blinded them with.  Here are some highlights from yesterday's message:

"If I believe the lie that God will never give me more than I can handle... I will either become angry with Him, worried, or fell false guilt because of my circumstances in life."

"God cares more about what HE can handle then what WE can handle."

"God gives me the impossible to trust Him for the incredible."

"Even if the incredible doesn't look how I want it to, God's grace through what Jesus did on the cross for me is enough."

I hope that you will find peace, comfort, and freedom through this series.
