A few Monday morning thoughts from another great Sunday at Oakbrook... As I sat and watched our musicians flat out kill the Prelude yesterday...I felt so fortunate to be in a church where gifted and humble servants use their gifts for a higher calling. What about you? How are you using your giftedness to help people find Christ and learn to live like him?
Happy Memorial Day, friends. Let us all take a moment and remember all the men and women who've served to protect our great nation. My late father served in WWII in Europe in the armored infantry. He was in the thick of it in Germany and surrounding countries. I have a great respect for him and everyone who's worn the uniform.

Great Day at Oakbrook! Here are a few thoughts. Thanks for taking to the time to read them... I absolutely loved the "ultimate love song" medley at the start of the service! 12 songs from the past 30 years done in 7 minutes! So fun! Big thanks to the team for all the hard work!!
Watching people walk into the auditorium yesterday carrying grocery sack after grocery sack full of food is something I will never forget! What a great day of generosity at Oakbrook!
